ckt44 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ckt44 platform and all services associated with it. By visiting the ckt44 website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Regardless of your geographic location, using this platform automatically binds you to these Terms. ckt44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. 2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account

Each person may create and operate only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. ckt44 has the right to immediately close an account if false or misleading information is provided. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately. ckt44 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this timeframe may be extended if a security review is required. ckt44 may request additional verification for large withdrawals in the interest of security.

3.4 Transaction Limits

ckt44 reserves the right to set or change the daily or weekly transaction limit for an account at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible before such changes take effect.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not added to the deposit amount.

4.3 Breach of Bonus Terms

If any fraudulent activity is detected in earning a bonus, or if an attempt is made to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, ckt44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and permanently close the relevant account.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time ckt44 may provide various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be described in detail on the relevant promotion page. If there is a conflict between the general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

5.1 Validity of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless ckt44 accepts it due to a technical error. We reserve the right to review each bet before final settlement.

5.2 Outcome Determination

All game and betting outcomes are determined through approved algorithms and systems. In the event of any technical error, ckt44 may void the outcome and refund the bet amount.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any kind of bot, automated software, or macro.
• Unauthorized access or hacking of any system or security measure.
• Any attempt to defraud other users or the platform.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
